Noor Care provides a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with qualified general practitioners, diagnostic services, and related healthcare facilities. We act as a facilitator of care delivery and are not a hospital or specialist provider in all service contexts. The medical advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions provided through our platform are the professional responsibility of the respective licensed practitioners conducting each consultation.
Nothing on our platform constitutes a formal doctor-patient relationship between the user and Noor Care as a company. In the event of a medical emergency, patients must contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately without delay. User Conduct
When using our platform, you agree not to:
-
Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your health condition
-
Attempt to impersonate any person, practitioner, or entity
-
Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
-
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is offensive, abusive, or disruptive
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, systems, or another user’s account
-
Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, extract, or misuse data from our platform
Violation of any of the above may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without a refund of any fees paid, and may be referred to the relevant legal authorities. Payments and Billings
Noor Care processes all digital payments through PayFast, a payment gateway licensed and regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the following:

You authorize Noor Care to charge the payment method provided for the services selected.

Noor Care issues digital prescriptions to patients following each completed consultation. These prescriptions are generated through our clinical management system and are sent to the patient via SMS and email. They are legally valid documents produced by a licensed medical professional and are subject to the following conditions:
-
Prescriptions must not be altered, reproduced, or presented in a modified form.
-
Prescriptions are issued solely for the use of the patient named therein.
-
Any suspected misuse, forgery, or fraudulent use of a Noor Care prescription will be reported to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
